To become a member, just create a pet profile and show up to play! Whether you’re interested in playing for a day or want to purchase a monthly or annual membership, we have flexible options to meet you and your pups needs.

Ready to Pawty!
First, fill out your pet profile and upload immunization - everyone including day passes MUST complete the profile online and upload immunization records before entering the park.
Second, head over to the park - you can pay for your pass or membership fee in advance online or in person when you arrive.
Finally, lose the leash! Remember, you are always responsible for your dog, so keep an eye on them at all times while in the park.

All dogs must be current and provide documentation on required vaccinations: DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. This documentation must be uploaded in advance during the pet profile process. All dogs over one year old must be spayed or neutered - no exceptions. Puppies must be over four months old and have all puppy vaccinations completed.

When you create your pet profile prior to your first visit, you will set up a method of payment. This method will be auto billed monthly from the date you join. You do not need to manually pay your membership each month. Ruff does not accept cash payments, but we do accept all major credit cards.

You can cancel your membership anytime by emailing us directly (hello@ruffcanineclub.com) and we will help you cancel. Please submit your request at least two business days prior to your next billing date.

We cannot offer refunds, therefore we highly recommend starting out with a day pass to make sure Ruff is right for you and your dog. We also cannot provide refunds if you and your dog are asked to leave for behavioral reasons.

The billing period for monthly memberships is one month from your sign up date. You will receive an email five days in advance of your auto bill each month as a reminder as long as you do not opt out of emails from us. The billing period for annual memberships is annually on the date you joined. You will receive an email five days in advance of your renewal as a reminder. You may cancel your membership at any time, however no prorated refunds will be given.

Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to bring dogs to Ruff by themselves.

For safety purposes, everyone, including one-time daily visitors, must create a profile for their dog before visiting the park.
